			Directions:
			Attach the following recipe on a gift tag:
Orange Macadamia Nut Cookies:
Empty contents of jar into a large mixing bowl. Mix in 1 cup softened butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Combine 1 egg yolk and 2 Tablespoons orange juice; add to flour mixture, stirring until moistened. If needed, add more orange juice to moisten. 
On lightly floured surface, knead dough until it forms a ball. Shape dough into 1 1/4- inch balls. Arrange balls on ungreased baking sheets; flatten by pressing with the bottom of a glass to 1/4- inch thickness, dipping glass into sugar for each round. 
Bake at 350 degrees F for 12-15 minutes or until edges begin to brown. Remove from baking sheets. Cool on wire rack.
Frost with Orange Frosting and garnish with finely shredded orange peel if desired.
Orange Frosting:
In a bowl, stir together 1 cup sifted powdered sugar, 1 1/2 tablespoons softened butter, 1/2 teaspoon finely shredded orange peel and enough orange juice to make an icing of spreading consistency (about 1 Tablespoon).
