Grilled Sun-Dried Tomato Toast

Ingredients

butter, softened

Parmesan cheese, grated

sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil and herbs, sliced and drained
|
|
|

tablespoon |
ripe olives, chopped

slices |
round sourdough bread, each slice cut in half
|
|
|
Directions:
Preheat grill. In small bowl, combine all ingredients except bread. Place bread slices on grill and cook over medium heat 1-2 minutes or until bread is golden, turning once. Spread butter mixture over warm toast and serve at once.
