Philadelphia Lemon Cheesecake

Yield: 8 servings



Mix cream cheese, sugar, juice, peel and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix until well blended. Pour into crust.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
